Summary

  • add docs/UI_PATROL_EVIDENCE_2026-07-06.md for non-scheduled web operations evidence
  • expose manual_ui_patrol_artifact_evidence in quality-evidence for manual workflow_dispatch/local UI patrol proof
  • keep scheduled_ui_patrol pending until a real cron schedule event exists
  • package and guard the new UI patrol evidence document

Effect Check

  • gh run list --workflow ui-patrol.yml still shows no schedule event, only workflow_dispatch runs
  • corepack pnpm evidence:ui-patrol still reports pending_no_schedule_run
  • web operations remains blocked_external, but satisfied evidence now includes both web_user_flow_current_main_evidence and manual_ui_patrol_artifact_evidence
  • promptlane_95_quality remains pending with the same four blockers

Verification

  • corepack pnpm vitest run src/cli/commands/quality-evidence.test.ts src/packaging/quality-evidence-script.test.ts
  • corepack pnpm vitest run src/cli/commands/quality-evidence.test.ts src/packaging/quality-evidence-script.test.ts src/packaging/plugin-files.test.ts --testNamePattern "quality|9.5"
  • corepack pnpm --silent evidence:quality | node -e ...
  • corepack pnpm test
  • corepack pnpm lint
  • corepack pnpm build
  • node dist/cli/index.js quality-evidence | sed -n '1,90p'
  • corepack pnpm pack:dry-run
  • git diff --check
