This PR removes the
onlyStreamCreatormodifier from theinitialize()function, allowing any account to initialize a stream. The associated tests and documentation have been updated accordingly. Additionally, theStreamerFactorycontract has been redeployed, and the documentation has been updated to replace the previous deployment address with the new one.
