• really weird Codespace specific things about wpilib stuff
• minmaxing codespaces usage to not cost a lot of money

(this is essentially a glorified Todo list for myself)

It would be nice to include other services too. Both codespaces and gitpod are similar in use. And gitpod has a generous free tier.
