This PR adds a custom icon collection to Inspiro using the new WordPress 7.1 Icon Registration API. It registers an
inspirocollection with 30 icons from Heroicons (MIT), available in the core Icon block and viawp_get_icon().Note: registration is guarded with
function_exists(), so nothing changes on WordPress 6.4–7.0.Note: version bumped to
2.2.4
