Public-tree hygiene pass per the readme-excellence playbook. Ground-truth probe found zero internal-machinery offenders in the tracked tree (already guarded by the dotfiles-managed .gitignore block) and Issues already enabled, so this lane reduces to the missing FUNDING.yml. Public-surface hygiene lane per the readme-excellence playbook (mirrors pinchgrab #32).
Ground-truth probe result: the tracked tree is already clean. No internal orchestration machinery (symphony, composio, WORKFLOW.md, old/, vendored skills, scripts/bin toolchain) is tracked; the dotfiles-managed .gitignore block already guards those paths, so no cuts and no new guards were needed. Issues are already enabled.
