Moves the Unreleased section under a dated 0.9.0 heading, adds a summary paragraph and the compare links, and bumps the pinned version in the doc examples (
docs/ci-runners.md×3,docs/install.md), per RELEASING.md's normal-release checklist.docs/cli-json.md's "Added in 0.8.0" is history and stays.The rootfs and docker CLI streams need nothing more:
rootfs-v29.8.2-1anddockercli-v29.8.2are published and verified, andmainpins both architectures of each. Only the app tag is left.Release gates
The date is today's. If the tag lands on another day, the heading gets corrected first.
