feat: Direction B one-command mount + docs/repo hygiene - #26

Direction B (WSL mounting a Windows tree) now works from a single command:
`wsldrive mount /tmp/win --win-root C:/proj --win-agent .../wsldrived.exe
--hvsocket` auto-launches the Windows agent via WSL interop, discovers the WSL
VM GUID (hcsdiag, or --vm-guid), and connects over Hyper-V sockets — ~10x
faster than /mnt/c (9P/virtiofs).
- add src/platform/linux/win_launch.{hpp,cpp}: WinAgentSpec, pure
build_win_agent_command, discover_wsl_vm_guid, and a fork/exec WinAgent
supervisor; wire into platform CMakeLists
- add WinLaunch.BuildsCommand unit test (Linux)
- rewrite README: fold in plan.md's design (roles, transport, ext4<->Windows
semantics, non-goals); document the Direction B one-command flow and hvsocket
enablement
- update bench/RESULTS.md: hvsocket UX is landed, not "remaining"
- remove tracked junk (build.err, plan.md) and unused scripts/bench/mount-listen.sh
- .gitignore: ignore *.err, tidy grouping
