PRAGMATA — fan guide hub (pragmatagame.org)
PRAGMATA is a Capcom science-fiction action-adventure: you move through a near-future lunar research station with Hugh and his android companion Diana, combining third-person combat with a distinctive real-time hacking layer. This repository powers the unofficial PRAGMATA Guide published at https://pragmatagame.org. It is not an official Capcom site; always verify dates, SKUs, and system requirements on Capcom and your storefront.
- Genre: Science-fiction action-adventure (single-player–oriented campaign; dual protagonists in play).
- Fantasy: Cold industrial corridors, corporate tech, and hostile automation on the Moon—tension between gunplay and systems intrusion.
- Core loop (high level): Hugh handles spacing, weapons, and survival pressure; Diana opens intrusion grids on enemies or station tech so the pair can expose weak points, bypass gates, and keep momentum. Marketing and demos often stress cooperation rhythm over either role solving everything alone.
- Platforms (check stores for your region): PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Windows), Nintendo Switch 2—see Getting started for editions and PC notes.
| Theme | What players notice |
|---|---|
| Dual-layer combat | Action in the arena plus readable puzzle pressure on the hacking UI. |
| Character chemistry | Story and banter sell the Hugh / Diana partnership as much as the set pieces. |
| Atmosphere | Lunar isolation, scale, and “facility as character” storytelling. |
| Exploration beats | Quiet traversal and environmental readables between combat spikes. |
| Post-launch ecosystem | Deluxe / Shelter-related content and a growing community mod scene (cosmetics, QoL)—see Mods. |
Long-form articles live under Guides. They focus on spoiler-light onboarding: first-session habits, the hack-to-shoot loop, co-op communication tips, demo vs retail expectations, and pointers into the rest of the hub. Individual guide URLs use slugs, for example the beginner piece: https://pragmatagame.org/guides/beginner-guide.
Short answers to high-traffic searches (cancellation rumours, PC specs, platforms, demo, editions) are collected here:
Always cross-check release status, pricing, and PC requirements against your purchase page and Capcom’s official PRAGMATA site.
