I am currently running a functional analysis using my metabolomics data with MetaboAnalystR. During the analysis, the PerformPSEA() function attempts to automatically download the mmu.qs file. However, it appears that the download link is no longer accessible.
As a result, I receive the following error when running:
mSet <- PerformPSEA(mSet, "mmu", "current", 1, 100)
Error message:
trying URL 'https://www.metaboanalyst.ca/resources/libs/mummichog/mmu.qs'
Error in download.file(mum.url, destfile = filenm, method = "libcurl") :
cannot open URL 'https://www.metaboanalyst.ca/resources/libs/mummichog/mmu.qs'
Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue? Is there an alternative download location for the mmu.qs file, or has the URL changed?
