lua socket binding?

lua module socket is missing from this build
maybe it's incompatible with lua 5.1?

neither LuaSocket nor LuaPEG is part of the default Lua distribution not sure about how these are written but I think implementation of these might be possible via hooking luaI_openlib and luaL_openlibs, i'll try some stuff when possible but no promises that I'll actually be able to contribute

we can just statically link the library against KCD2ModLoader, i already did something similar in this project https://github.com/SGG-Modding/Hell2Modding/tree/master/cmake_scripts

it's been part of ReturnOfModding's other variants
really the trifecta of 'socket', 'LPEG" and 'luafilesystem' are basically essential lua libs when it comes to using luarocks but we can't use luarocks due to the static linking of lua embedded in the base game, and even for ReturnOfModding for Risk of Rain Returns where that lua is custom it's still worth including for convenience. (But 'luafilesystem' is rendered somewhat obsolete by ReturnOfModdingBase's own functionality, still would be nice for cross compatibility with lua sample code)
