feat: add panoramic operation hub summary

Summary

• Adds a first-stage panoramic operation hub summary over the existing DraftOrbit V3/V4 run pipeline.
• Keeps /app and /projects as the core user flows while mapping the uploaded “智能内容与自动化平台全景结构图” into DraftOrbit product domains.
• Introduces user-facing operationSummary cards for data sources, governance, intelligence, workflow, and visual assets without exposing provider/prompt/debug internals.

• API: optional operationSummary added to V3 run result and V4 preview compatibility.
• Web: /app auto-scroll/result anchor plus 智能中枢概览 cards.
• Web: /projects adds 全景中枢概览 using live run summary or project-context fallback.
• Docs: architecture mapping report and UAT audit record.
