💡 What: Replaced manual string concatenation using += with str.join() in _handle_print_call.
🎯 Why: String concatenation in a loop is inefficient in Python as it creates many intermediate string objects. str.join() is more efficient and idiomatic.
📊 Measured Improvement: ~52% improvement in the print call string construction path (Baseline: 1.0592s, Optimized: 0.5100s for 100k iterations with 40 parts).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4570164086451715418 started by @yaskhan

Replaced manual string concatenation using `+=` with `str.join()` in
`_handle_print_call` to improve performance during transpilation of
print calls with many arguments.

Benchmark results:
Original: 1.0592s
Optimized: 0.5100s
Improvement: 51.85%
