Существующий CAP-HSV использует HSV для оценки transmission, но восстанавливает изображение обычной RGB-инверсией. C³R-HSV меняет сам recovery operator:
(V, C cos H, C sin H),C=S*V;Входной пиксель всегда принадлежит допустимому множеству, поэтому существует безопасный identity fallback без независимого clipping H/S/V.

Novelty boundary
PR не заявляет первым использование HSV для dehazing. Проверяемый вклад уже: cylindrical HSV recovery с тремя uncertainty-aware gains, circular hue handling и гарантированным feasible saturation/value corridor.
