Roadmap and early contribution opportunities

Hi!

I've recently discovered Podseq and I'm currently exploring the codebase.

I'm looking to contribute early by building developer tooling rather than just using the protocol.

Before I start, I'd love to know:

• Is there a roadmap available?
• Which parts of the project need the most help right now?
• Would tooling such as CLI extensions, monitoring utilities, benchmarks or examples be useful?

Priority no 1 is adding e2e tests for the whole flow, which I am already on it.
I will create more issues, but appart from the e2e, adding metrics is still needed (Phase 4), as well as improving the docker compose flow to deploy and configure a block explorer and a faucet (Phase 3).

Hi! I spent some time reviewing the roadmap and started working on the Phase 4 metrics feature.

The implementation includes:

Prometheus /metrics endpoint
block production metrics
DA publish latency
settlement latency
bridge deposit/withdraw metrics
configuration
Grafana dashboard
documentation

Before I open a PR, I'd like to make sure this matches what you had in mind.

Does this direction look good to you, or would you prefer a smaller first PR?

Hi! Just a quick heads-up: the PR is waiting for maintainer approval to run GitHub Actions ("Workflow awaiting approval"). Also, GitHub shows "Merging is blocked: Commits must have verified signatures." Could you please take a look when you have a chance?

Just a quick follow-up. I investigated the failing Docker CI. It appears to be a pre-existing CI configuration issue (the Dockerfile doesn't copy the tests/ workspace member), while all Rust checks pass successfully. Let me know if you'd like me to open a separate PR for the Dockerfile fix.

Hi. Thanks again for reviewing and merging my previous PR. I'd be happy to contribute another feature. Since you're already working on the Docker improvements and e2e tests, is there another roadmap item or issue you'd recommend I pick up next? I'm looking for something meaningful that won't overlap with your current work.
