This compose file creates a local volume, and then mounts it as grav in /usr/html and binds to port 80 so we can use an external proxy like caddy but NOT expose it to the world.

Hoping these add to the mostly working base. I did prefer a docker volume to a bind mount since they are more performant. Just copy the relevant files to the container after docker-compose creates a new volume after running the first time.
