What changes

Logo. The mark is now a solid rounded diamond with the flame cut out of it. Its corners follow Agent's mark (the same diamond with a face), so the app and the agent read as one family, and the flame is 95% of its original size so the cut still shows at 16 px in the title bar. It is one currentColor path, so it works in a single ink and in white on dark themes.

  • logo.svg and its copies in public/, resources/ and src/assets/ (ink and white), and KarbonizedLogoFlat in Icons.tsx
  • App icons rendered from it on the #1C1B1B tile: PWA icons and favicon, Electron (png, ico, icns), Tauri and the legacy electron/ app

Wordmark. The app name uses a new font-brand token (Fredoka Variable, @fontsource-variable/fredoka) on the start screen, the About dialog and the wizard header. Running UI text stays in Figtree. The wizard header drops its inline copy of the old mark.

Link preview. New Open Graph image (public/og-image.png, 1200×630): "The programmable image editor", with an HTML block, the post it becomes and Agent filling it in. The meta tags use an absolute URL and give the image's size and alt text; the file is renamed so previews that cached /image.png pick up the new one.

Domain and copy. karbonized.yoss.pro replaces karbonized.onrender.com in the meta tags and in the default URL of the window block (the block catalog keeps the same default). The page title, the meta, Open Graph and Twitter descriptions, the PWA manifest, package.json, the Tauri bundle and the About dialog describe Karbonized as "the programmable image editor".

Docs. CHANGELOG.md (the 2.0.0 "New look" entry) and AGENTS.md describe the new mark, where it lives and when to use font-brand.

Checks

  • tsc --noEmit: clean
  • yarn lint: 0 errors (the 2 warnings in Icons.tsx were already there)
  • yarn test: 340 passed
  • vite build: passes, Fredoka is bundled
  • Opened the built web app: new logo in the menu bar and on the start screen, name in Fredoka

Not checked: the desktop builds (Electron, Tauri) with the new ico/icns, and whether https://karbonized.yoss.pro/og-image.png is served once deployed.

The logo is now a solid rounded diamond with the flame cut out of it. Its
corners follow Agent's mark (the same rounded diamond with a face), so the
app and the agent read as one family, and the flame is 95% of its original
size so the cut still shows at 16px in the title bar. It is one
currentColor path, so it keeps working in a single ink and in white on
dark themes.

- logo.svg and its copies in public/, resources/ and src/assets/ (ink and
  white), and KarbonizedLogoFlat in Icons.tsx
- app icons rendered from it on the #1C1B1B tile: PWA icons and favicon,
Electron (png, ico, icns), Tauri and the legacy electron/ app
- the app name uses a new font-brand token (Fredoka Variable, from
@fontsource-variable/fredoka) on the start screen, the About dialog and
the wizard header; the wizard header drops its copy of the old mark
- CHANGELOG and AGENTS.md describe the new mark and where it lives

The link preview still showed the old gradient logo and a v1 screenshot.
The new one (public/og-image.png, 1200x630) uses the solid logo, the
Fredoka wordmark and the rose accent: "The programmable image editor",
with an HTML block, the post it becomes and Agent filling it in.

The meta tags point to it with an absolute URL, as link previews need,
and give its size and alt text. The file is renamed so previews that
cached /image.png pick up the new one.

The Open Graph and Twitter tags (page URL and preview image) and the
default address in the window block's URL bar point to
karbonized.yoss.pro instead of karbonized.onrender.com. The block
catalog keeps the same default as the block.

The page title, the meta description and the Open Graph and Twitter
titles and descriptions now match the new preview image: "Karbonized:
the programmable image editor", designing with blocks, with code or with
an AI agent. The PWA manifest, package.json, the Tauri bundle and the
About dialog use the same line instead of "Image Generator".
