next-themes 0.3 declares a React <=18 peer dependency, which makes a strict npm install fail. 0.4 no longer exposes dist/types, so the ThemeProviderProps type is now imported from the package root. next lint was removed in Next.js 16 and eslint-config-next 16 requires ESLint 9, so the lint script was broken. The new eslint.config.mjs keeps the previous setup: Next.js core web vitals, Tailwind and Prettier. eslint-plugin-tailwindcss is held on 3.17 because 3.18 fails to resolve Tailwind 3. The React Compiler rules introduced by react-hooks 7 and no-sync-scripts are reported as warnings until the existing violations are fixed. onnxruntime-web was declared as ^1.24.3 while the WASM files were always loaded from the 1.24.3 CDN path. Without a lockfile, fresh installs resolved a newer JS runtime that no longer matched its WASM binaries. The package is now pinned to 1.24.3 and the CDN path is derived from the runtime's own version, so upgrading the package keeps both in sync. The repository had no lockfile, so every install could resolve different dependency versions. Yarn 4 is the package manager declared in package.json; yarn.lock and .yarnrc.yml are now tracked, the node-modules linker is used instead of Plug'n'Play, and npm and pnpm lockfiles are ignored. Runs on pushes to main and on pull requests using Yarn through Corepack. The last step fails when the built CSS still contains raw @tailwind directives, which is how the empty PostCSS config from #33 reached production with a passing build.
