The portfolio's Gradle is now decided by gradle in sborka's published catalog (youndie/sborka#129), and it moved to 9.8.0 after its Renovate pull requests had been green across the portfolio.

Moves every Gradle wrapper in the repository to 9.8.0, together with the
gradle:<version>-jdk25-noblebuild images and the stack lines in the docs where they name it.The portfolio's Gradle is now decided by
gradlein sborka's published catalog (youndie/sborka#129). 9.8.0 was green on the Renovate pull requests in mani, kachok, chronik and telek before the hold refused it, and its release notes list no breaking changes. The sborka pin is not moved here: the next sborka release adds a ktlint rule, and Renovate brings that bump on its own.
