Implements the minimum needed to fetch basic read only data from the training.gov.au website. GetDetails() is supported on the Organisation and TrainingComponent objects.

Due to the fact that goswdl fails to generate working code for this SOAP service, I have taken the data model generated by gowsdl and implemented the GetDetails() method.
