chore: prepare v1.0.5 release

Summary

• Bump app/release versions to 1.0.5 across package.json, src-tauri/Cargo.toml, and src-tauri/tauri.conf.json.
• Include the latest install workflow updates in this release branch (new client support, install menu/scroll behavior updates, and install confirmation button loading behavior).
• Add the new logo assets required by newly supported clients and keep client path/label mappings in sync.

Test plan

• Run cargo check in src-tauri.
• Verify changed frontend files have no new lints.
• Merge PR, then create and push tag v1.0.5 to trigger signed release workflow.
