fix(contract): complete Apple API 4.4.1 parity

Summary

• align public MCP schemas, runtime validation, sparse projections, and operation manifests with App Store Connect OpenAPI 4.4.1
• preserve machine-readable mutation commit state and exact success-status contracts across non-idempotent writes
• add focused model, worker, transport, manifest, and release contract coverage
• prepare version 4.1.2 release metadata

Verification

• local static gates: clean diff, valid operation-manifest JSON, no unresolved conflict markers, no worker limit clamps
• GitHub CI is the authoritative build, test, release-build, and strict Apple contract gate
