• restore version metadata and localization reads by requesting Apple relationship linkage explicitly
• keep app, version, review-detail, attachment, and submission ownership checks fail-closed
• extend the same relationship-backed safety across lifecycle, age-rating, and review flows
• set server and Mint documentation version to 4.1.3

Verified on develop

• 1,847 Swift tests passed
• release build passed with zero compiler warnings
• strict App Store Connect OpenAPI 4.4.1 operation contract passed
• 502 public MCP tools remain available
