pdd workflow skips direct pushes that change the LaTeX sources

The pdd workflow only runs on a push to master when .github/workflows/pdd.yml changes (.github/workflows/pdd.yml:8-13). Changes to brand-book.tex, DEPENDS.txt, or other project files do not trigger it on master; the workflow runs for pull requests, but a direct push can publish a new document without any PDD check.

This leaves the default branch without the repository\x27s promised PDD validation whenever source changes bypass a pull request. Include the LaTeX and dependency files (or remove the restrictive paths filter) in the push trigger so every source update receives the same check.

As a contributor, though, I don't take architectural decisions on CI — those belong to @yegor256. He's the right person to say whether a fix is warranted and how it should look.
