Fbe.unmask_repos strips each mask, then cuts the dash off an exclusion mask without stripping again. So - yegor256/judges became yegor256/judges, Fbe.mask_to_regex built a pattern with a leading space that no repository matches, and the repository the user asked to leave out was scanned, with no error and no log line.

The text after the dash is now stripped too. A bare - still ends up as an empty mask, which Fbe.mask_to_regex refuses. Added a test for yegor256/*, - yegor256/judges and yegor256/*,- yegor256/judges; it fails without the fix.

Closes #1429

Fbe.unmask_repos silently ignores an exclusion mask with a space after the dash, like - zerocracy/fbe
