The off-quota guard of
Fbe.octolets the quota calls through by name, but the list had onlyrate_limitandrate_limit!. Octokit also hasrate_limit_remaining,rate_limit_remaining!and the aliasesratelimit,ratelimit!,ratelimit_remaining,ratelimit_remaining!(octokit/client/rate_limit.rb), and once the quota was low they raisedFbe::OffQuotainstead of answering, although they only read/rate_limit, which does not spend the quota.Added all six to the list. Added a test that calls each of them while off-quota and expects the remaining quota back; it fails without the fix.
