Make generated palette assets dependencies of the PDF targets #37

What is wrong?

make can report both pitch PDFs up to date while they still embed an old palette.

Where?

Makefile:9-12 makes each PDF depend only on its .tex source. However pitch.cls:31-33 downloads palette.css, generates palette.tex, and inputs that generated file during compilation.

Reproduction

1. Run make once to create sales-deck.pdf and founder-pitch.pdf.
2. Let the remote palette change, or replace the local generated palette.css/palette.tex with newer content without touching the .tex files.
3. Run make again.

Make sees unchanged .tex prerequisites and skips latexmk, so the PDFs retain stale colors.

Expected behavior

A changed palette should cause the affected PDF targets to rebuild.

Suggested fix

Expose the generated palette files as prerequisites (or add explicit refresh targets) and make both PDF targets depend on palette.tex.
