Summary

• Start the Lei Jun perspective build as the first auto-panel judge workstream.
• Add a prescan source inventory, hypotheses, anti-fabrication boundaries, and immediate next tasks.
• Add a small README that explicitly prevents creating leijun-perspective/SKILL.md before research files exist.

This intentionally does not create leijun-perspective/SKILL.md yet, so auto.yaml remains a skeleton panel and MBA will not treat Lei Jun as an available judge.
