- Extract the ZIP file.
- Open the extracted
MyInstants Panel Windowsfolder. - Right-click
install-windows.ps1and select Run with PowerShell.- If prompted by Windows Defender, click Run anyway.
- If a policy error appears, open PowerShell as Administrator and run:
Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser RemoteSignedThen run the script again.
- Restart Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Open Window > Extensions > MyInstants.
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Open the extracted
MyInstants Panel Macfolder. - Open Terminal and run:

- Open Window > Extensions > MyInstants.

Open Settings (gear icon, top right). Click Browse to pick a new folder. The panel creates a "MyInstants Cache" subfolder inside the folder you select.

Enable Smart cache in Settings to automatically save sounds next to your open project file instead of a fixed folder. The active save location is shown in Settings when this is on.
- Your project must be saved at least once for Smart cache to activate.
- Falls back to the configured cache folder if the project has not been saved yet.
This keeps audio assets with each project so everything moves together when you archive or share.
Enable Volume stabilizer in Settings under Audio to apply a soft limiter to all previews. Loud sounds are automatically brought down so nothing blasts your ears.
Use the Volume slider to set the overall preview level (10-100%). Default is 85%.
Both Volume stabilizer and Smart cache are off by default and remembered per installation.

- Premiere: Matches Premiere Pro's native dark UI with sidebar collapsed by default.
- Neon: Dark panel with lime green accent.
- Glass: Frosted glass panels over a purple gradient.
Theme preference persists across restarts.
