Cuts a release for the signer hardening in #76: replay and freshness on incoming requests, a bounded receive buffer, and an audit line that does not print attacker bytes to a terminal.
Minor rather than patch because the freshness rule is a behaviour change: a request more than two minutes old is now refused, where before anything the relay delivered was answered.
