chore: Fix caching service stability test for Modulith

Description

This PR fixes JGroupStabilityTest. Before this change caching service was runing twice, but apiml service never. This fixes it. There are 4 tests (2 with CS and 2 with APIML), always a pair with and without AT-TLS. These 4 combination are all use cases that use different configuration of Infinispan.
