🚀 Download & Quick Start

Aircontrol is packaged as a Portable application (standalone, Python installation not required):

1. Navigate to the Releases tab in this repository.
2. Download the latest release package: Aircontrol-v0.1.0-win64.zip.
3. Extract the downloaded zip archive.
4. Double-click Aircontrol.exe to launch.

System Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
• iTunes (or Apple Devices app from Microsoft Store) installed for Apple Mobile Device USB/network drivers.
• Developer Mode enabled on iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode.

💻 Developer Setup

To modify source code or contribute new features:

1. Environment Setup:

Requires Python 3.11+:

# Clone the repository

cd Aircontrol

# Create virtual environment (uv or venv recommended)
uv venv
.venv\Scripts\activate

# Install dependencies in editable mode
uv pip install -e .
uv pip install pytest pytest-asyncio pyinstaller

2. Launch in Development Mode:

# Quick launch via batch script
.\run.bat

# Or via Python launcher
python run_aircontrol.py

# Or connect to a specific target IP
python -m aircontrol --target-ip 192.168.1.150

3. Run Test Suite:

pytest tests -v

4. Build Standalone Executable (.exe):

.\build_release.bat
