Uniqueness lock now ends #23–#35; notes.md §114 (#34 Pages + merged #35).
Hop-ECE self-test was reverse-only (measurement theater relative to the claim). Now reverse and even/odd interleave.
uniqueness_gate.py checks Pages strings (LICENSE in docs/_layouts/default.html after #34) and refuses CHANGELOG/README dump walls.
