Adds the 2026-08-17 ACoolCOLLECTOR operating model: Daily 25 cadence, weekly break slate, live production architecture, BreakVault controls, agent/RASCI mesh, and SportsCardsPro sync/data-rights plan. This PR intentionally does not commit subscription tokens or licensed pricing datasets.
