1. Populate titleblock
Fills the titleblock with the data stored in the spreadsheet. This function is always present. With or without the use an external source.
2. Import data from titleblock
Imports data from the titleblock. With multiple pages, the data from the first page will be imported. The data will be imported to a spreadsheet called TitleBlock. If the spreadsheet is not present, one will be created.
3. External source
3a. Create an new excel workbook
Creates a new empty excel workbook with the name and location of your choosing. The preferences will be updated with the location.
The sheetname will be set automaticly to "TitleBlockData" and the start cell to "A1".
3b. Export data to an excel workbook
Export the data from the spreadsheet to an excel file. The excel file is selected in the preference page. As default the sheet will be named "TitleBlockData". In the preference page another name can be set. In the preference page, the start cell can also be set. This is the top left cell of the table with data. (See Preferences for the selected excel file, sheetname and start cell).
3c. Import data from an excel workbook
Imports data from excel to the spreadsheet. Like with button 2, the data will be imported to a spreadsheet called TitleBlock. If the spreadsheet is not present, one will be created.
3c. Open the excel workbook
Opens the excel workbook which is set as an external source. (See Preferences for the selected excel file). The workbook will be opened in the default application. For example, MicroSoft Excel or Libre Office Calc.
4. Settings
4a. Export settings
Export most settings to the excel file. The following settings are excluded:
- Enable debug mode
- Add toolbar to the TechDraw Workbench
- Import example templates
- Set default templates These settings are considered as user preference.
4b. Import settings
Imports the settings from excel to the workbench.

In the TechDraw Workbench a toolbar with two buttons can be added: (See Preferences to enable this toolbar).
