linux-firmware: add X1E80100 firmware support - #800

Backport the required X1E80100 firmware binaries from the 20260810 linux-firmware release and package them separately as linux-firmware-qcom-x1e80100. Install the dedicated X1E80100 firmware package in the SystemReady-DT image instead of the complete linux-firmware package. This provides the required firmware under /lib/firmware/qcom/x1e80100/ while avoiding unnecessary firmware for other platforms and reducing the image size.
