minio/minio was deleted from Docker Hub, so every with_minio=True integration test fails in cluster.start() on the image pull. This points tests/integration/compose/docker_compose_minio.yml at the clickhouse/minio-minio mirror on Docker Hub, with the same tag (RELEASE.2024-07-31T05-46-26Z). It is the only MinIO image reference in this branch. Upstream ClickHouse#119999 was backported only to 26.x, so upstream 24.8 has the same broken reference.
