feat(ci,coldark-firefox): publish the theme using a GitHub workflow

• Updates the release workflow to submit the theme to Mozilla
• Cleans up dependencies
• Renames the run script to avoid pnpm run run...

In draft, I need to check if SVG are supported or if should consider something else as in #10
