Refactor
Fixes gcode issuing from unload and load modules
Simplify cutter sensor activation and event dispatching
Added Stage var to load and unload, this so to publish the current stage of the procedures. Values include
None,heating,pulling,purging. This addition as tought of as a resource for UI's to display messages to the users of the ongoing progress of the procedure.Replace cut callback to direct cut method call.
Refactor load/unload extruder position reset.
