- 新增 11 能力 handler：topic_wiki_save（PageRank 里程碑+LLM 百科）、 daily_brief_publish（选文三级回溯+AI 洞察+HTML 渲染+账本邮件）、 send_brief_email（SMTP STARTTLS+task_effects 账本）、analyze_figures （pdfimages/pdftoppm+视觉网关）、translate_bilingual_pdf（fast 分段翻译， layout 随 pdf2zh 退役自动降级）、batch/skim 批处理+weekly/daily 编排器 （fire-and-forget 提交叶子任务，无 submit+wait） - scheduler 补齐：daily_brief cron（读 daily_report_configs）+ weekly_graph （周日 22:00 UTC）+ worker_heartbeat.json 心跳（system/worker 观察面契约） - registry 终态：31 项 executor 能力全归 exec_pool=go，compute/orchestration 池清空；Python worker 服务从 compose 删除（backend 暂留至 Phase 7） - ChatVision：网关多模态（OpenAI image_url data URL）
