Tracking for glyphs that need modification in 335 vs 387

Incomplete list. Would obviously be nice if this was automated so when 387 changes, 335 changes accordingly. Surely needs automation to propagate to characters that include the base character.

for the propagation, probably can just make the base characters references in the composed one instead of duplicated splines like it is right now; they get flattened anyway since #119 so there shouldn't be any difference in rendering

i would guess the best way to do this is to have both glyphs in the UFO2, say I and I.propo or whatever, and then do the same swapping thing that's done with stylistic sets as one of the steps from 387 to 335

oh also this is pretty much just #125, closing that one
