Summary
Expose the EventViewerX v4 report and collector APIs needed by downstream consumers, including IntelligenceX. The public facades reuse the existing query engines and keep report execution in EventViewerX.
Release order
Merge this owner change, publish the corrected EventViewerX 4.0.1 package family, then validate and merge the IntelligenceX v4 consumer update against the public packages. The currently published 4.0.0 split package family does not load together for the EVTX consumer path.
