Align roadmap tracker with full GitHub issue status logging and private project sync

This PR updates the repository roadmap tracker to log status for every GitHub issue and align it with the private My Portfolio project board. It also adds lightweight metrics so issue-state progress is visible at a glance.

• Roadmap tracker redesign

  • Renamed docs/jira-tracker.md to a roadmap-oriented status tracker format.
  • Added explicit private project sync target: https://github.com/users/JMG3000/projects/2.

• Complete issue-status coverage

  • Expanded the table to include all issues #1 through #17.
  • Added per-issue fields for:
    • GitHub State
    • Project Status (My Portfolio)
    • Existing Jira mapping fields where available.

• Tracking metrics + sync guidance

  • Added summary metrics:
    • Total issues
    • Open/closed counts
    • Completion rate
    • Last sync date
  • Added sync notes to keep private board status and roadmap log aligned.
