cv: surgical forward-port of 3 polish edits from STR variant work#139

Three small targeted edits in both cv/jess_sullivan_cv.tex and
cv/jess_sullivan_resume.tex, against current main.
1. Bates orchestrator bullet: drop the "1980s morris-worm era code" and
"unautomatable" scare-quotes filler; rewrite the four Bates bullets
with active verbs ("Built", "Overhauled", "Led", "Drove") and clean
hyphenation ("dev parity", "AutoDevOps", "k8s-friendly").
2. Startup-work bullet: append "long thread of personal HID, XR, and
sensor-fusion projects" alongside Dover Micro / Adaptive Motorsport.
3. Bates security bullet: expand from "SAML, LTI, Shibboleth, KeePassXC
inside Ansible workflow" to also cover bespoke TOTP / OAuth
integrations, firewalld, fail2ban, and the OTEL / LGTM / Tempo
telemetry stack in production.
Net 12 line insertions / 12 deletions across the two .tex files;
rebuilt static/cv/*.pdf. No new overfull/underfull boxes.
Everything else on main is preserved as-is: FOSS section with PR proof
links, "Kernel & Security Research" header tagline, 4-col competency
table with Systems & Security column, URL-hygiene packages
(xurl/emergencystretch), no-underline cvlink, Ventures-removed-from-
resume state, linux-xr/Dirty Frag/Zig capability libs content in the
Research subsection.
Polish vocabulary mirrors the STR-targeted variant in the private
Jesssullivan/spear-resumes repo, ported only where main was genuinely
missing the content.

Summary
Three small targeted edits in both `cv/jess_sullivan_cv.tex` and `cv/jess_sullivan_resume.tex`, applied directly against current main. Replaces closed PRs #135 and #138 which were over-broad and would have regressed the May 10-11 CV polish work (#115, #116, #119, #122, #123, #124, #125).
