- changed start_gstreamer.sh so that all gst-launches run in parallel + have their ouputs prefixed when they show up in terminal
- added install + unit files for gnu parallel (not sure if i had to do this?)
- edited gstreamer.service so that it will only start after parallel.service (also not sure if i had to do this?)
