fix(integration): mvp-host 101 admits, Handshake/Admit, honest S8 nent gap

R-00354 follow-up (after PR #5 / PR #6)

Independent re-review of pre-rebase HEAD 6ff6b3d 通过 (P0=0 P1=0). Rebased onto origin/main (0604701, PR #6 InputCommand envelope). Rebase follow-up: envelope checks apply when S6 is ok: true.

What this lands

• SUCCESS requires sibling lumio-mvp-host 101 live HTTP 101 + lumio.mvp.v0 Handshake/Admit. GameRoomHost is a unit-test double only.
• No r-00344 Account Server fallback. Missing sibling dll → BLOCKED.
• Playwright Chromium actually runs (no inject-and-ok).
• S6 Timer is honest ok: false tick-batched. If S6 is ok: true, frozen InputCommand envelope is required (PR fix(entity-chat): admit chat via frozen InputCommand envelope #6).
• S5/S7/S9/S10/S11 honest sibling-gap (ReferenceWorldSimulation has no ChatComponent/C-2).
• S8 reconnect is host nent_* equality only. FullSnapshot / 17-key audit / test-control do not project ConnectionBinding.NetEntityId, so live S8 is ok: false + projection-gap blockedReason. No sessionId alias, no login accountId OR.

Evidence (dispatcher)

• node --test integration/entity-chat/verify-evidence.mjs integration/entity-chat/bot-credential.mjs → 40 pass / 0 fail (after rebase).
• node --test integration/entity-chat/game-client.mjs → 7 pass / 0 fail.
• node .spec/tools/spec-lint.mjs OK; node --test .spec/tools/spec-lint.test.mjs 13 pass.
• Live: LUMIO_SERVER_ROOT=wt-server/r-00354-cap launcher exit 0, live admits 101/101 twice, conclusion SUCCESS (live-run-s8gap). Old live-run-s8 (sess alias) now fails S8 only.

Do not start extra work in this PR. hello-wire-v1 untouched.
