Guide on Running GameController in the lab and connecting at RoboCup

Because we're having some issues getting it running in the lab. Documenting how to run a game in the lab would be good. Also whatever needs to be done when we're actually at RoboCup. I think it's just a case of switching the robot's network to the robocup fields?

@KimKhangHoang the game controller side of this is addressed, but it would be nice to have a RoboCup guide (maybe an expansion of the GameController guide). i.e., how to use the robocupconfiguration tool, configs to update at robocup around IP addresses.
