Fix the post-release M1.27 live consumer failure observed on v0.2.0. The consumer invoked helper scripts directly, but checkout does not preserve an executable bit for those files in this path, causing exit 126. Invoke all POSIX-sh helpers explicitly through
shso verification is independent of file mode.Observed failure:
verify-transparency-snapshot.sh: Permission deniedin transparency-live-consumer run 33968094623.This does not change the transparency contract; it only makes the existing verifier runnable from a normal checkout.
