docs: update collections and Home rows pages for the revamp

Silo-Server/silo-server#2013 reworks collections and Home rows in the web app. The manual's collection and Home row pages describe screens, switches, and steps that change or go away when it merges: New Collection with Share with this account, Browse Templates and template bundles, Admin > Sections with Add from Gallery, and Editing scope in Settings > Home Screen.

Silo-Server/silo-server#2169 changes the rating-led rows admins add from the gallery, such as Critically Acclaimed and the mood rows: they now show only titles enough people rated on TMDB, using vote counts from the TMDB plugin 1.2.25 or later, so they can be short or empty until titles refresh.

silo-server#2013 has merged. This stays a draft until silo-server#2169 merges.

What changed on each page

Browse and organize collections

• Opens with the three parts of Collections: Your collections, Shared with me, Server collections.
• "Make a collection in the web app" uses the type picker (Manual, Smart, Synced list) and the editor, with short sections for picking titles, rules with Live preview, following a list (MDBList, TMDB chart, TMDB list, Sync), and Show only.
• New "Share a collection with your other profiles": Show to other profiles, read-only for other profiles, each profile sees only titles both it and the owner can access, and turning it off removes Home rows others made from it.
• New sections for Add to Collection on a title's page, adding a collection to your Home, and ordering or deleting your collections.
• Removed Browse Templates, Share with this account, the ordering table, and "Shared and smart collections". The iPhone, iPad, and Android notes are unchanged.

Home and Calendar: Change your home rows

• Replaced Editing scope and Reset to Default with the page pills, the show switch, Add row, renaming with Use the original name, and Export layout, Import layout…, and the reset option under More.

Create shared and smart collections

• "Create a collection" uses New collection, the type picker, and where each type picks its libraries, then lists the server parts of the editor: Libraries, Shelf, Show on the Collections tab, Rows that show it, Look.
• "Follow a list with a synced list" replaces "Start with a template": the three sources, the Sync schedule, and Sync now.
• New "Find and change collections" (the List view and Select collections) and "Arrange shelves" (shelves, No heading, My collections, pinning).
• "Add a starter pack" replaces the two template bundle sections. The Delete Existing Server Collections caution is gone with the option.
• "Delete a collection" covers deleting it together with the rows that show it.
• "If a synced list does not sync" now has the TMDB Franchise list set up with TMDB collection ID instead of being deleted.

Worth checking: the page title still says "Create shared and smart collections". It still fits, but "Create server collections" would match the app's wording if you prefer it.

Curate the home screen

• Admin > Sections becomes Admin > Home rows: the Add row dialog and its second step, adding a row to several library pages, the row switch and action menu, Select rows, Restore defaults…, and what profiles can still change.
• "A row is missing or empty" adds rows that pick titles by rating: they need TMDB vote counts from the TMDB plugin 1.2.25 or later, Refresh All Metadata fills them at once, and the row preview says what an empty row looks for (silo-server#2169).

Left out on purpose

• The Home sections card in Admin > Users > Preferences (silo-server#2043), tracked in docs: describe admin editing of profile home sections #119. It belongs in "Curate the home screen" and should build on this rewrite.
• Bulk-delete counts, shelf sort names, and sync schedule cron help: the app shows them where they're used.
• The Apple and Android apps: silo-server#2013 changes neither, and their follow-ups are Collections: owner-only actions, Shared with me, and removal of collection groups silo-apple#534 and Collections: owner-only actions, Shared with me, and removal of collection groups silo-android#406.

Evidence

Source reviewed, not tested here on a live server or device: silo-server#2013 at 839f62ba1 (web labels and copy in web/src/lib/collections/copy.ts and the collection, Home rows, and Home Screen components). The labels were also seen on a sandbox walk of that PR's build during its review.

Describe Home-row placement as optional

A newly created server collection does not automatically appear in a Home row; the guide itself later requires the administrator to use Add as a row under Rows that show it. Saying collections appear “in Home rows” misleads administrators into expecting creation alone to place them there. Clarify that collections can be shown in optional Home or library-page rows.

@Quick104 iPhone and iPad users can't make a collection yet, even on silo-apple main (checked at 5c1dcfb0), so I removed the "Make a collection on iPhone or iPad" section in 3ff39e2:

• CollectionsView has the + button and the New Collection sheet, but nothing on iOS opens it. Route.collections is only handled in ContentView, and no menu, link or deep link pushes it. Only the tvOS tab bar shows the screen.
• The library Collections tab (LibraryCollectionsView) is read-only.
• APIv2Client+Collections.swift has no call that adds titles to a collection, and title pages have no "Add to collection" action. A collection made in the app would stay empty until someone filled it on the web.

The page now says the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps can open collections but can't create them, and points to the web app. We can add the steps back once the app gets a way into the screen and an add-titles action.
