Fix: Wrap hardcoded strings in i18n translation helpers

his PR fixes hardcoded English strings in index.hbs, navigation.hbs, and other partials by wrapping them in the {{t}} helper. This enables full localization support for the theme.

Changes:

• Wrapped "Latest" in index.hbs
• Wrapped "Sign in" / "Subscribe" in navigation
• Added missing helpers to placeholders.
