Troubleshooting
Here are some tips how to handle problematic situations. In case if you are unable to figure out problems yourself, please send message to {email link removed}.
Collect Logs -button in About-window if possible. New folder with logs is generated on your desktop. If the program won't answer, the location of file is at %AppData%/Roaming/*program*/log.log.
Win + PrtSc(or Print Screen) on PC allows you to take screenshot, that is saved to you default "Pictures" location, under "Screenshots" folder. On Mac, press Shift + Command (⌘)-3. Screenshot should be now saved on your desktop.
Take a screenshot of the error message, and collect the application's log file. Once you have done this, send them as attachments to {email link removed}
Try closing the application, or shutting it down from task manager, and restart it. If the problem persists, send application's log file and brief description of the situation to {email link removed}
The UI elements are made to work beyond a certain resolution, and might act strangely otherwise. Try changing window size and/or screen resolution to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, send a screenshot and application's log file as attachments to {email link removed}
Remove the application and install latest release from this link. If there are other problems, contact {email link removed}
